The congregation at Saint Michael's Church are holding a Thanksgiving Eucharist in the presence of Canon Roger Smith who presided over the services at Whitewell during the interregnum. The service will be led by the Bishop of Blackburn, Rt Revd Philip North. All are welcome to attend and if you would like to join the congregation for refreshments after the service, please contact one of the churchwardens. There will be no service at 11.15 a.m.
