A new church for a growing town

That’s what our predecessors in the faith wanted for Clitheroe in the early nineteenth century. Today we are still changing to share the good news of Jesus Christ with a growing town. Where ever you come from, you are welcome to join us.

The parish of Clitheroe: St Mary Magdalene is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. Free coffee/tea/soft drinks and biscuits in church as we pack away the Crib figures and decorate St Mary’s with as many lights as we can to celebrate Mary presenting Jesus the Light of the World to God in the temple.
