United Benefice Commemoration of the Faithful Departed Service

On Friday 1st November at 7:30pm, we will be holding a United Benefice Service, at St Leonards Church, Balderstone to Commemorate the Faithful Departed. This will be an opportunity to pray and hold a silence in remembrance of those who we miss and to light a candle in memory of them. This special service is not only for those who have had to bear a recent loss, but also for those who still grieve the passing of a loved one, however long ago that may be. The light of the candles blazing will serve as a poignant symbol of those who have left us for the peace of God's eternal home, but who also at the same time remain with us, united with the glorious company of the saints in light. Please join us if you can. Everyone welcome!
