Pray. Our most important work will be to hold this process up to the Lord in prayer and pray especially for candidates and for those deciding how to vote. The Church of England will be distributing daily election reflections

Encourage people to use their vote. It is so important that the Christian voice is heard in this election and that means getting our people out to vote. The new regulations around providing proof of identity at the polling booths may need some explanation to some of our people. There may also be volunteers in your congregation who can assist older people with transport

Model good disagreement. There is so much that is unhealthy in our political dialogue at the moment. At events such as hustings and in our own internal conversations, we can model what it means to disagree well
