As we remember so much at this time of year, let us remember the work of Barnardos for young people in care.

It has been our tradition to wrap up gifts, but I am informed if they are wrapped, for safeguarding reasons, they would need to unwrap them- so please save your paper.

Below shows the ages and numbers of youngsters who Barnardo’s are currently supporting.

Boys aged 5-10yrs = 10 Boys aged 11-18yrs = 25
Girls aged 5-10yrs = 20 Girls aged 11-18yrs = 25

Please bring new UNWRAPPED gifts to church for our morning service.Your gifts need to be clearly labelled if for a girl or boy and the age. Gifts will be brought forward during the service, collected and donated to Barnardo’s. All gifts are gratefully received.

We are a village church set in between the village school and the village hall, in the small Pendle village of Higham, Lancashire. We welcome all to join us for our services and the many community events that support our village.
