On Sunday 10th November in our parishes we mark and give thanks for all who have died or been maimed in service for our country. Please wear your poppy with pride at our services.

Canon Law requires a service of Holy Communion to be held in the Benefice. Those in St John’s parish are most welcome to attend the service at St Anne’s to receive Communion.

Services are:

• 10.30am at St John’s and laying of the wreaths at Higham Village memorial in front of the Church

• 1pm at St Anne’s – Remembrance Day service, laying of wreaths and Holy Communion

**Lunch follows in The Refectory. As last year, there will be a display- please bring photos, and any memorabilia for our display in The Refectory.

We are a village church set in between the village school and the village hall, in the small Pendle village of Higham, Lancashire. We welcome all to join us for our services and the many community events that support our village.
