Higham Scarecrow Festival - 23-25th August. This is going to be such fun! We hope for a fine, sunny weekend. New this year is the ‘Higham Fun Dog Show’ on the Saturday, at 1pm on the green outside church. Register your dog and category on the day, in the Village Hall, before 12noon.
Our bee hive is managed by local beekeeper Elly. We hope they will work hard to increase pollination of plants around Higham as well as make some honey for us. The yellow plastic crate at the side of the hive is important as it is what the bees recognise as they return to their hive. If you have any questions please do email them to me areadean.pendle@blackburn.anglican.org
