About Us

In a beautiful setting, high on the hill above Parbold village, Christ Church is well worth a visit. It is a warm, friendly, welcoming church with services and activities for all age groups. Whoever you are and wherever you find yourself on the journey of faith, there is a place for you here.

Two services are held every Sunday morning.
8:00 am - A quiet, thoughtful, reflective, Holy Communion Service.
10:30 am - A lively, joyful, modern, family friendly service with varied formats and speakers.
Most months there is also an Evening Praise Service called 'Encounter' and a Wednesday Midweek Holy Communion Service help at the Parbold WI.

We like to make children feel welcome in our church and a Children’s area has been set up at the back containing toys, books, craft activities, puzzles, a Lending Library and a Resource Table. Most Sundays there are also activities in the crèche for pre-school children and Junior Church in the Scout Hut for children of primary and secondary school age.

There is a loop system for the hard of hearing, provision for wheel chair users and toilet facilities.
