Dear Friends, an update about compulsory face coverings

From_the_Vicar

Dear Friends,

Following the Government decision to move the country to Plan B earlier this week, it is now compulsory, unless exempt, that we wear a face covering when attending worship. This is for the whole time that we are in the building.

Although the government advice says that we can remove our mask for singing, I would like to kindly and politely ask that for the benefit of all people present in church that we keep your mask on for the duration of the service including the singing.

In addition, I will be limiting numbers at the Nine Lessons and Carols by requiring people to book. Details of this will be announced in the next 24 hours via a mail chimp social media and notices.

I sincerely hope we can navigate these choppy waters safely and with respect for the needs and desires of all people present and continue to show love and kindness to all.

Many thanks for your support as always.

David
