Fr Eddie has been with us for the last three and a bit years, and during that time has become something of a fixture at St Paul's.  He arrived just in time to join us on the Adlington Carnival Float in 2016, and has been the life and soul of parish life ever since.  Few of us will forget the day of his ordination to the priesthood at St Paul's in January 2017, and the party that followed that, and his first celebration of the mass a couple of days later.

He has inspired us to initiate activities like our annual animal service, and latterly the establishment of the monthly Youth Group.  He has helped us in our Messy Church, and was well-loved by the children at St Paul's School, as well as those at Adlington Primary School.  We wish Fr Eddie well in his new post, as Assistant Priest at St Alban's, Holborn, and will keep him in our thoughts and prayers as he begins the next chapter of his priestly ministry.
