To be included on the Church Electoral Roll you can download the application form attached, and complete the details which apply to you, returning it to the Vicar, Nicholas Heale, not later than Sunday 6th April. Paper copies of the form are available in the church.

To be eligible for enrollment you must have attended services here 'habitually' during the last six months, or to give an explanation why this has not been possible.
