There were a wide range of stalls including Christmas gifts, Jewellery, home made produce, White Elephant, books, tombola, chocolates, children's toys and tombola. There was also a children's area in the Choir Vestry with activities and a story every half hour. Refreshments included pie and peas, drinks and snacks. Many people bought cakes from the Cake and Jam stall an ate them in the refreshment area. We leafleted more than 300 local houses and put posters in shop windows. The local press publicised the event along with 'Hyndburn Chat' and' Face Book' We would like to thank Adam from Hyndburn Press for printing the leaflets and posters at a substantial reduction. This was his contribution to our efforts to support the local community. To date 3rd November we have raised £1955.
