Join us at St Mary Magdalen's Church for a Family Fun afternoon with Haslingden and Helmshore Brass Band, marking the Christian festival of Pentecost and also the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty the Queen.  There will be stalls, games, afternoon teas and a barbecue in the churchyard, together with the band entertaining us for the afternoon.

The celebrations will culminate in a short act of worship, accompanied by the Band, when we will give thanks to God for Her Majesty's long reign, and for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost, praying that he will inspire us in all that we do in the years to come.
