NOTICES Healing Service As it is St Luke’s-tide, this evening’s service will be for healing. The ministries of anointing and the laying-on of hands will be exercised during the service. Please do come to continue our ministry of prayer and intercession for the sick, especially if you have loved ones on the prayer list. You may of course be in need of a bit of healing yourself? All is optional, just come along and pray. All Souls Day Cards for you to write the names of loved ones you wish to remember at the Requiem Mass for All Souls, are available from the back of church. Because of the way the calendar works out this year, the All Souls, Requiem Mass will be on Friday 1 November at 12.00pm. There will be a soup lunch afterwards, but please sign if you’d like to come. Sharing Together This month’s discussion group will meet at the Vicarage this Thursday (24th) at 7.30pm, when we shall be looking at the book of Tobit. Affinity Parish The Archdeacon will be meeting with Holy Trinity’s PCC to review our link with the Good Shepherd, Furnham, and to consider the way forward as Fr Julian’s licence as Interim Minister expires at the end of the year.
