Lend with Care Thank you to those who donated £1. There are still spaces left!

Forgotten Feet Thank you for the shoes already received which we will pass on asap - Winter is coming so it is getting urgent! We will be collecting shoes and boots until Christmas.

LMG Morning Prayer this week will be at Holy Trinity.

Manna Copies of Manna and Forward are available at the back of the church.

Compline and Address will this week be on Wednesday 18th December at 8.30pm- not Thursday.

Carols by Candlelight The church’s traditional carol service will be on Sunday 22nd December at 6.30pm. Please come along and bring some friends. Donations of mince pies for afterwards would be much appreciated. Please sign the list at the back of the church.

Christmas Cards There has been a serious delay at the printers, and they were only received Monday 9th December, which leaves us only a week to deliver nearly 4000- an impossible task! However, we are very grateful to Horatiu Morar (whose kitchen business is advertised in Outlook, and is primarily responsible for the monthly Romanian Liturgy at Holy Trinity) not only for paying for the cards, but also, through another business of his, delivering them ALL on our behalf, free of charge.

Christmas Decorations It takes a lot of effort over several days to prepare the church for Christmas, and to welcome our many visitors. Can you help, please? Flowers/donations – please see Sylvy Paul; Tree and Crib – John Godley; Angel Hanging (intriguing!) - Jo Bailey; Cleaning – Liz Hathway. Thank you all in anticipation!

Weekdays From the 17th, the Church recalls the great ‘O’ antiphons sentences used before and after the Magnificat. These are all prophetic titles of the Messiah, and although usually known by their Latin names, English is used in the great Advent, O come, O come, Emmanuel. The Preface to the eucharistic prayer changes in this mini-season.

The New Daylight bible study books are ready for collection; £4.60 to John Rudge, please.
