NOTICES

Healing Service As it is St Luke’s-tide, this evening’s service will be for healing. The ministries of anointing and the laying-on of hands will be exercised during the service. Please do come to continue our ministry of prayer and intercession for the sick, especially if you have loved ones on the prayer list. You may of course be in need of a bit of healing yourself? All is optional, just come along and pray.

All Souls Day Cards for you to write the names of loved ones you wish to remember at the Requiem Mass for All Souls, are available from the back of church. Because of the way the calendar works out this year, the All Souls, Requiem Mass will be on Friday 1 November at 12.00pm. There will be a soup lunch afterwards, but please sign if you’d like to come.

Sharing Together This month’s discussion group will meet at the Vicarage this Thursday (24th) at 7.30pm, when we shall be looking at the book of Tobit.

Grand Raffle Tickets for the Grand Raffle are available for purchase from today. Please see Liz H if you wish to buy some, or take some to sell yourselves. Thank you.

Outlook The latest parish magazine is available online, although there are a few hard copies for those who cannot access it electronically. Copy for issues is always very welcome. Please send it to Jane Laurence, or give it to her in person.

Clocks Don’t forget that the clocks go back on Saturday night!
