Anniversary – Saturday 7 September sees the 30th anniversary of Fr Julian becoming Vicar of Holy Trinity – its longest serving incumbent.

Concert There will be a concert given by the young tenor, Gregory Steward, at the Good Shepherd, Furnham on Sunday 15 September at 3pm. He will be singing popular songs from the shows. Tickets (£10 to include refreshments) are available on the door.

Church Grounds Many thanks to the faithful few who helped tidy the church grounds yesterday. It’s looking much better.

Advance Notice! Because Fr Julian is at a residential conference this week, there will be no mass on Wednesday 4th or Thursday 5th. The Tuesday and Friday masses will be celebrated as usual.

Lend With Care September is lend With Care month. Please see the article in Outlook and the display in the hall. The collecting jar will be available before and after services. Look out for the adverts on television too. Your gift of £1 can help change a person’s life.

Outlook September’s copy is available online, although there are a few hard copies for those unable to access it electronically. Please note that the closing date for October’s issue is this Wednesday 4th September. Please let Jane Laurence have any copy, please.

Food Bank the Food Bank have requested that we provide washing up liquid, hair products, toothpaste and other such items as they are permanently short of this item group. Please do not provide perishable food. As always your help is very much appreciated.

Parish Safeguarding Officer We are most grateful that a volunteer has come forward and subject to PCC approval and diocesan training, will be able to take up the post soon.

Used Stamps - Please save your used stamps for the RNIB, and bring them to the church and place in the collection box at the back, remembering to leave a 1cm border. Thank you.
