C O R O N A V I R U S

The church is closed for public worship. However, it will remain open throughout the day for private prayer.

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays the Blessed Sacrament will be exposed at 10.00am for half an hour and again on Fridays at 12.30pm.

Please access the Church of England website for prayers and services. If you have no access to the internet, please let the office know and we will print out resources for you and leave them at the back of church with your name on. We are advised not to leave papers around for risk of infection.

All weekly details will continue to be available through this notice sheet and through the church’s web presence:

• holytrinitytaunton.org

• achurchnearyou.com

• Facebook: Holy Trinity Taunton

It is hoped that additional material will be available online including the Lent discussion group, Compline addresses, sermons and hopefully the Sunday Mass.

Fr Julian is available for essential pastoral visits and home communions and will endeavour to keep in touch with you all.

All social events and the use of the hall have been suspended.

If you wish to return your weekly collection envelopes, please put them through the letter box in the choir vestry link. This will be checked several times a day. Thank you.

The magazine is available for April.

Today, Sunday 22nd March, has been declared a National Day of Prayer for those affected by the coronavirus. We are all invited to light a candle and place it in a front window at 7pm as a witness to Christ our Light and Hope.

Any items for inclusion in next week’s Notice Sheet to be received at the Parish Office (on paper, by email or phone) by THURSDAY MORNING, please.
