NOTICES

BBQ Thank you to all who prepared food both on the grill and the puddings. It was a lovely occasion and much enjoyed by all who attended.

Collections We need some more people to help count the weekly collections. If you can help, please see Jenni Llewellyn. We’re trying to get a larger team together, working in pairs. Thank you.

Stamps for RNIB: Please don’t forget to recycle the stamps from your post into the box at the back of the church. Thank you.

Sharing Together The monthly discussion group will meet at the Vicarage on Thursday (24th) at 7.30pm. New members most welcome!

After the service, please come to the hall alongside the church for coffee and a chance to chat together (turn to the right as you leave by the main door). There's a raffle for a Sunday Treat!

Our grateful thanks to George Coles, who after 50 years is stepping down from editing ‘Outlook’. Jane Laurence is trying to fill his shoes – a hard job! – but would be very grateful for any assistance or even another volunteer for the post! Copy for September’s issue to her directly at [email protected] by this Wednesday 23rd August, please.

The flowers today have been provided by Anne Kearle in memory of her late parents, Vera and Val Sampson – their wedding anniversary was August 24th.

Any items for inclusion in next week’s Notice Sheet to be received at the Parish Office (on paper, email or phone) by THURSDAY MORNING, please.
