Come and join our church community as we gather together to sing, pray and learn. Children's church operates in the halls, and the creche has some comfy sofas at the back of the church. Refreshments before and afterwards. Also Prayer Ministry afterwards. We are at the informal end of the spectrum, so have no worries about knowing what to do. An informal service in our Hall, every first Sunday evening each month.

Each week we shall be offering a taster of Christian meditation prayer with the celebration of a simple Communion service in two of the sessions.
Why Psalms?
Many in the Christian tradition treasure the Psalms, not least because they shaped the mind of Jesus of Nazareth, who would almost certainly have know them by heart.
In the New Testament they are quoted more than any other book of the Old Testament. Many of the Psalms were understood as prophetic texts fulfilled in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, and from the beginnings the Church has read the Psalms through the lens of this faith in Jesus at the Messiah.
We hope they will help us focus our thoughts and prayers as we journey together through Lent.
