Morning Prayer using the BCP service.
All are welcome to our service, lasting usually 1 hour.
We are Dog friendly at all of our services.
We have recently added a short service of Holy Communion to those who wish to partake.
When the morning Service (Matins) is finished, approx 35/40 minutes, there is a pause of 4-5 minutes for members of the congregation to leave the Church. There will then follow a short period of Holy Communion for those wishing to partake.

Evensong service

Holy Communion services. all services at St.Mary's Oare are Book of Common Prayer

We start at Oare Church at 2.30pm and then move on to Oare Rectory to explore more of the unique Christmas spirit - light refreshments will be served and, of course, children are particularly welcome!

Christmas Eve Carols and Nine Lessons with the Culbone and Oare choir

The usual Matins service at Oare is cancelled today due to our participation in the Benefice Thanksgiving Service at Selworthy; however, there will be an Evensong service at Oare at 3pm.

We join with other congregations from the Benefice to celebrate at Oare Church.
