Safeguarding in the Parish of Minehead

As a Parish within the Diocese of Bath and Wells we take our safeguarding responsibilities very seriously.

Safeguarding is reported on at all of our PCC meetings, even if there is nothing to report.

All of our volunteers and Parish visitors go through a process of safer recruitment and regular updates to their safeguarding training in line with the national safeguarding training. Parish visitors are in regular supervision and meet four times per year as a team.
