This Sunday, the service will be accompanied by acclaimed local folk musicians Mervyn Mewis on dulcimer and Kathryn Young on harp. It is a rare chance to hear these instruments being played in a church, as they would have been for many hundreds of years.

With Welsh harp and dulcimer, this is a unique opportunity to hear a church service played on ancient instruments. Park at Porlock Weir at 10am, walk up to Culbone (allow 1 hr) and join us for the 11am service. Please note, there are no loos at Culbone! Well behaved dogs welcome. Regrettably, we can't offer lifts down to Culbone in the 4x4 as it will be full of the musical instruments.
