The Minster Rooms are situated across from the west door of The Minster Church, as you access Court Barton from Silver Street. They consist of two rooms, which are available for hire by members of the community. 

The larger room, known as The Letham Room, is a light, spacious and well-appointed function room with a fully equipped kitchen and large service hatch.  This room is suitable for a broad range of activities, including family functions - such as christenings, charity events and exercise classes, to meetings, presentations and training sessions.  It is large enough to hold up to 80 people standing or 50 seated. Tables and chairs are provided and there is the option to use our large wall-mounted television too, upon request.  There are four steps to negotiate into the Letham Room, although a ramp is available for those with mobility issues.  This room is available to hire at a cost of £12 per hour.

The smaller room, known as the Spurdle Room, is suitable for small meetings and comfortably seats 8 to 10 people. The Spurdle Room is accessed via a flight of stairs, although a Stairlift is fitted to provide access for those with mobility issues.  This room is available for hire at a cost of £10 per hour.

There are two toilets, one on each floor.  The ground floor toilet also includes baby change facilities for those with little ones.
