A regular 4th Sunday service of Morning Worship, followed by refreshments

A Service of Holy Communion on this 1st Sunday of Advent, for all the churches in the current benefice, plus for those in the to-be-extended benefice.

Carols, Bangers & Mash
This year St. Andrew’s Church will again host this popular event, held in the Village Hall.
On arrival a glass of mulled wine/cider will be available, followed by a meal of bangers & mash and a selection of puddings, for £ 12.50 per ticket. There will also be a bar.
The evening will feature intervals of light entertainment and Carol singing.

Tickets for the raffle will be available from mid November, from members of St. Andrew’s congregation, until 5th December 4.00pm and in the Village Hall, on the evening.

Common Worship Communion Service

Carols - and more
Monday 9th December 5.30 pm on The Green, in ffront of the Church.
This year’s Carol singing on the Green is a joint event of St. Andrew’s Church and the School.
There will be hot dogs (sold by the PTA), mince pies and the opportunity to sing your favourite Carols, accompanied by local musicians.
In case of bad weather, we will be in the church. We look forward to seeing you on the evening.

A monthly event on 2nd Tuesdays 10.00-12.00, in the Old School Room ('behind' the Church) where people bring and show their own various types of craft. If craft is not your thing, feel free to join for a friendly chat and refreshments (incl. home made cake).

All Age Family Service with a relaxed atmosphere and a contemporary worship style. Often there is a worship band to accompany the service, and refreshments following the service. Note that rom October 2024 this service will start 30mins earlier than previously, i.e. at 1030am.

A 5th Sunday Communion Service for all the church families in the current 3-parish benefice, plus for those from the 4 parishes that will join and together form the 7-parish benefice. The venue varies between the churches.

A service for all the churches in the benefice, this time at St. Catherine's Church in Swell

These services are held on a 4th Sunday at 11am. A 'home grown' service of Morning Worship usually with a more contemporary feel.

Service on 1st Sunday of a month at 6pm. A Common Worship Service of Evening Prayer, often accompanied by the St. Andrew's choir.

A different way of being church. Very informal. You can expect a drink, various activities and crafts, all based around a Christian message, songs and a meal.
