Community Herb Garden

The area by the gate into the Churchyard from the Village Green has been turned in to a Community Herb Garden.  We are gradually increasing the range and number of plants in this area.  We  are very grateful to the "Too Cool for School Club" at Pawlett School who decorated the planters made by Prompt Cabins.  The idea of the herb garden is that our village community can both use the herbs and contribute new plants.

The area opposite has been adopted by the Pawlett Branch of the Royal British Legion.

<strong><em>Can you help?</em></strong>

As well as caring for the herb garden, we are in need of people to help with grass cutting and care of the Churchyard that surrounds St John the Baptist Church.  Offers should be made to either to Churchwarden Jane Wadsworth or the Priest-in-Charge Doris Goddard.
