St Peter's Clevedon

Welcome to St Peter’s Church. We are in a period of vacancy so our services are taken by visiting clergy and lay worship leaders.

The church is open most days from 10am till dusk, feel free to come into this calm space.

PLEASE NOTE the contact telephone number as of summer 2024 is the parish office. Some details on this website are yet to be updated

We have a service at 11am each Sunday followed by a time to chat with a drink

We have three services of Morning Prayer and one Communion service each month. One service follows the Book of Common Prayer, the others more contemporary language. We have the organ to accompany our hymns.

Safeguarding

Details for contacting our safeguarding officer are displayed inside the church.
Our parish of Clevedon: St Peter is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Bath & Wells’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Mrs Ann Lawrence via the parish office.

Alternatively you can contact the Diocesan Safeguarding Team on 01749 685135 and find more information on their website: https://www.bathandwells.org.uk/diocese/safeguarding/

If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
