A challenge went out to village organisations to come and build models of village buildings to celebrate St Congar, after whom the village of Congresbury is named. Between 70 and 80 people of all ages turned up to help build models of the Church, School, local pubs and houses. There was free pizza and refreshments for everyone, plus fire pits to toast marshmallows, and the lighting of our beacon.
