St Mary's Church, Saltford
St Mary’s Church is very much at the heart of community life in the village of Saltford, It offers a haven of peace and reflection, support in times of joy and sorrow and a reminder of the presence of God in our daily lives. If you are ever in our area we would love to welcome you.
In response to Gods immense love for us we seek to be people living and telling the story of Jesus in our church, community and the world. To help us do this, we seek to be a church where prayer, Biblical teaching and worship are at the centre of all we do.
Safeguarding
The parish of Saltford is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer, PSO. The Diocese of Bath & Wells’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
