Join people in Henton and the surrounding area as we pray together for individuals, for the village and the world.

Join us at this informal breakfast at Henton Village Hall. Arrive anytime between 9am and 9:30am. There'll be food, an optional quiz and a talk. There is also activities and crafts for children. This is a great monthly event to attend, and a wonderful way to explore your faith. New people and families are always welcome to come along.

Join us for a traditional and musical evening service.

This is a beautiful service, which uses service booklets so that you know which parts the minister says, and which parts the congregation say aloud. One of the main parts of the service is the Psalm for the day, which is either said aloud or sung. This is followed by readings from the Bible, including the joyous words of the Virgin Mary when she learned she would give birth to Jesus, and the heartfelt words of Simeon, when he recognises the Messiah when he meets Jesus. The service ends with prayers: the Lord's Prayer, the prayer for the day, a prayer for peace and a prayer for help against troubles. There are four hymns which are sung during the service, and a a short talk too.

Enjoy a fun-filled day with a free kids’ zone, traditional games, stalls, crafts, and a prize show; plus live music throughout the afternoon from the renowned HMS Heron Royal Navy Volunteer Band. Don’t miss our exciting raffle, featuring a great selection of prizes and plenty of chances to win. Treat yourself at our café with tea, coffee and delicious cakes, or head to the BBQ and bar for something savoury; then indulge in classic strawberries and cream. With free onsite parking and both cash and card accepted, it’s the perfect day out for all—everyone is warmly welcome!

All proceeds are for the benefit of the whole community, including Christ Church Henton and Wookey School.

Join us for a service of Holy Communion inside Henton Church. There will be hymns, prayers, Bible readings and a short sermon too. Plus tea and coffee served after the service, before the start of the Annual Meeting.

Join us as people from all three parishes to come and worship together. We're rotating the services around the three churches, and this time we're in Henton Church.

Join us at this Holy Communion service, for all ages, with singing, Bible readings, prayers, and a short talk. There is space for children to play and be creative in the church, or they can join in with the service. This is a more relaxed church service than other Holy Communion services, making it great if you're exploring your faith. Everyone is welcome, and there's a chance to chat to other people after the service over coffee.
