This men's group meet upstairs in the schoolrooms on the 1st, 3rd & 5th Wednesdays of the month. If you're free and would like to come along, all men are welcome to join.
A weekly drop in café held in the church, which is open to anybody and everybody!
On hand every week are members of our Christians Against Poverty debt centre team who can spend time talking to you about debt and the work of CAP if you require it.
If you would like someone to pray with you or simply to spend a bit of time talking with you these are also possible.

This is a really friendly and welcoming group for parents and their babies, aged under 1 year.
The group offers support and friendship, as you adjust to the ups and downs of life with a new baby! Tea, coffee and cake are available, as well as baby toys. We also have fun with singing and rhyme time.

A lunch club for seniors and those who live alone. Come along with or without your friends, make new friends and enjoy lunch with others.
£6 for a 2 course lunch, a thought for the day and some entertainment!

Our All-Age Service takes place on the first Sunday of each month.
It’s a friendly and accessible service, lasting approximately 1 hour, with music led by our band.
During this service, there are no separate children’s groups running, the children stay in for the whole service to learn and worship with us. We do have a creche area at the front right of the church for those with young children. Here you will find a few toys, books and colouring sheets which you are most welcome to use throughout the service.

A more relaxed, contemporary style service with a live band, and teaching from God’s word.
The service starts at 6.30pm but all are welcome from 6pm for tea, coffee & fellowship.
Our evening services do not run throughout August
This group is for parents/carers and their pre-school children. Coffee and cake for parents; playing, crafting and healthy snacks for the kids! Each week we also have a short and engaging story from the Bible, as well as some fun singing with instruments to bang and clash!
There’s no need to book in advance, just drop in, we’d love to see you.

Feeling stressed by money? Battle with bills? Struggle in relationships? Want to cook more economically? If you, or someone you know, want to see your money go further, gain some practical life skills, and have a bit of fun along the way, then Life Skills is for you. The course is free to all.
A chance for the church to meet and pray for our work, our community, our church family, our diocese, and other current events and happenings. We start with coffee and a natter.
This meeting is currently alternating between Zoom and meeting in person, giving you a choice of options.

This friendly, relaxed group was started as a way of creating banners and furnishings for our church building. As well as putting their creative skills to work, this group provides a great opportunity to invite along those on the fringes of church life, enables relaxed conversations and the building of friendships.

What? A space to have fun, meet with friends and relax after a busy week. Each week we have activities, refreshments, and a short look at what the Bible has to say to young people in Yeovil today. Activities include sports, the chip shop challenge, giant hungry hippos, film nights, talent nights, a bonfire party, baking, water games and lots, lots more. We also arrange occasional socials and weekends away. Come along and try it out!

Children’s groups are provided in our Junior Church, and there is a creche for babies. Children remain in church for the beginning of the service, before leaving for their groups
Our junior church meets every Sunday except for the 1st & 5th Sunday in the month when the children join us for a service in church. We have groups for the following ages.
Creche: 0-3 years old
Scramblers: 3 years old – Reception
Climbers: School Years 1 to 3
Explorers: School Years 4 to 6
Pathfinders: School Years 7 to 9
We also have Youth group on Friday evenings for teenagers, 11-18 years old.
The youth group meets every Friday evening - see separate event information.
This group is primarily aimed at those who are on their own or those who have fringe connections to the church; through CAP, Life Skills, or GF Café as well as from other forms of church outreach and personal contacts. We will be cooking, eating, and clearing up together as a way of building community and friendship in a non-threatening environment that will grow the church amongst those whom we are not currently reaching.
Please note, this Sunday we will be meeting at the earlier time of 8.30am. All will return to normal next week.

St John's Young Adults (SJYA) is for any 'young adults' in their 18-30s attached in any way to St. John's. We meet for a monthly social, fun and encouragement for living our lives for Jesus every day.
Come for tea, coffee and a chat with like-minded individuals, and enjoy a chance to run some trains.
If you've got any trains of your own but haven't got the track to run them, why not bring them along?
TCP (Tea, coffee, croissants, and prayer)
This is an informal fellowship group for ladies which meets on the fourth Saturday of each month between 9.00 am – 10.30 am.
We have good attendance with ladies present from St John's, St Andrew's and St Peter's. We share much laughter, our concerns and chat about a huge range of subjects which has given us the opportunity to support one another with encouragement and prayer.
If you would like to join us in this prayer-based fellowship you will be most welcome.
