A pre-Norman church, totally re-built in 1865 by Benjamin Ferrey, the Diocesan Architect, also containing a Kemp east window, and the original Norman tub font with rope moulding. The church is utterly charming, beautifully maintained, and is obviously a building much loved and cared for by its small but devoted congregation. Worship takes place every Sunday evening at 6.00.p.m., and is traditional in style, using the Book of Common Prayer, and sensible hymns, accompanied by a small organ. It has probably the most efficient heating in the Diocese in the winter months!
