St Mary's, East Chinnock

Welcome to St Mary's, East Chinnock, with its remarkable stained glass windows, donated by a former German prisoner of war, as a a mark of peace and reconciliation.

Everyone is very welcome to join the village community in its church services.

We're part of a group of seven rural anglican churches, called the Coker Ridge Benefice. More details about these churches are available on 'More Information' tab.

The Coker Ridge Benefice will all be gathering at All Saints Closworth for a special Family-friendly service for Mothering Sunday this year. All are welcome, women should be receiving flowers on the day, we will have refreshments after the service.
It may be a squeeze fitting everyone in but we are so looking forward to worshipping together. One highlight of the service will be the Benefice choir bringing a new anthem.
If driving and able bodied, please do park on verges further from the church, leaving spaces for those less able-bodied closer to the building. Thank you and please be patient finding a space!
