Once again we are calling on the wonderful generosity of the people of Catcott village and inviting them to 'Be A Star' and donate to the Salvation Army Christmas appeal for gifts and food. The Friends of St Peter's Church are working with Catcott Village Association to collect the donations, and then take them to the Street Salvation Army Hall. A special service with Communion and Carols. We celebrate the first Sunday in Advent and look forward to the coming of Jesus. Followed by refreshments.

A service of quiet contemplation providing a time and space to find peace, with others. Lasting approximately 30 minutes it is adapted from the Iona Abbey Worship Book . It includes a short prayer and reading followed by a period of quiet lasting approximately 20 mins. All are welcome.

Traditional Communion Service with hymns, and communion taken with the wafer dipped in the wine.
