At the end of May, the eight churches in Postlebury and East Mendip came together for a joint service in Nunney Church followed by a bring and share lunch in the Village Hall which is close to Nunney Rectory.It was a great opportunity to thank Revd Anthony Dickson and his wife Revd. Christine Dickson for their work in our parishes and to wish them well as they leave the area.More than 100 members of our congregations and communities joined the lunch party and made presentations and speeches to Revd. Dickson.

We are pleased to report that the Diocese is supporting us to recruit a new Vicar for our group of churches in early 2025. In the meantime the benefice office has moved out of Nunney Rectory while the house is refurbished and made more energy efficient.
