Giving to Six Pilgrims

Six Pilgrims and Covid 19

The Six Pilgrims churches, along with all other churches,  are closed for part of the week as part of the national effort to contain Coronavirus. Holy Cross is only open on Sundays. All fund raising events have had to be cancelled. But the churches still need to be cleaned, generally maintained and pay fixed costs in spite of missing the vital cashflow provided by the collection at the weekly services. Aware of this, several regular churchgoers have asked if there is a way they can continue to make their usual contributions to the collection plate by making payments into our bank account.

If you are not a regular churchgoer but value the church as the communal heart of village life, we would very much value your contribution. Please could you could make a donation into our Six Pilgrims bank account for the duration of the crisis. This money will be used to keep the beautiful old churches of Alford, Babcary, Hornblotton, Lovington, North Barrow and South Barrow cared for and ready for when normal services can be resumed.
