Occurring
for 1 hour
Venue Address
Sparrow Hill Weare Cheddar, BS262LE, United Kingdom
At our Harvest Festivals this year you are invited to bring gifts of food for those struggling with food costs at this difficult time. At this one we will hear about the work of Ripple Effect (formerly Send a Cow) and their work with African farmers.
Most useful are foods that can be eaten cold or heated cheaply and at least 3 months within date. Click the attachment below for examples of the most welcomed donations. We cannot pass on any fresh or out of date food.
If you cannot attend a service, you can leave food gifts in the regular food collection box in Compton Bishop or Weare anytime. Monetary donations will also be accepted and, along with the food, will be split between the Cheddar Food Bank and the Bournville Healthy Living Centre.
