We were delighted to welcome Bishop Julie to St Stephen's to formally license Rev'd Pauline Rowe as our Associate Minister. Pauline is an expereinced minister, being a vicar in Liverpool Diocese for a numbeer of years, and has been a real blessing to St Stephen's in her time with us.
