Come and make new friends. Don't be alone. Come and have a cuppa, a bite to eat and a chat. We are a dementia-friendly cafe, and welcome everyone to join us. We have games, talks, sing-songs- just come and see! We meet on the fourth Saturday of the month. On the 27th April, we welcome Tom from Wigan and Leigh Archives, who will tell us all about Life in Lowton Two Hundred Years Ago. Don't miss it!

Lowton St. Luke

A family-friendly, welcoming church, with a variety of services: spoken Communion, Family services and Praise service

The parish of Lowton: St. Luke is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Liverpool’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
