Norton's splendid 500 year old tower is nearly 100' high. This Grade 1 listed building features with 2 stars in Simon Jenkins "1000 best churches". The church is usually open during daylight hours.
The church is built of Ham Stone - quarried on Ham Hill on the edge of the village.
