A Time to Sing, A Time to Think... Wigmore Village Hall Service for All-Ages

Occuring
Sunday 08 September 2024 at for 1 hour
Venue
Wigmore: St James
Address
Castle Street Wigmore Hereford, Ludlow, Leintwardine. Leominster, HR6 9UD, United Kingdom

At 4pm this Sunday 9th June at 4.00pm, led by clergy from our Leominster Deanery and Wigmore Abbey Parish. This Wigmore Village Hall-based service offers an interactive and activity based approach, with times for worship, reflection and prayer, for all ages. The theme for the 14th July service is 'Whose Earth?'

Particularly as our Parish afternoon and evening services 'stand alone' as the sole services running across our multi-church Parish at that time of day, we emphasise that all from across our churches, Parish and beyond will be warmly welcomed!

Occuring
Sunday 21 July 2024 at for 1 hour
Venue
Wigmore: St James

Castle Street Wigmore Hereford, Ludlow, Leintwardine. Leominster, HR6 9UD, United Kingdom

*If this first 're-start' trial Sunday afternoon Holy Communion is repeated on into the cold of the winter months it may move to another venue, such as Wigmore Village Hall.
St James Church Wigmore has been designated a 'Festival' Church. Occasional services will be held here and will be advertised as and when.
The church is open daily for prayer and visitors. This church is very ancient being founded sometime in the early 10000CE. Exposed Saxon Herringbone stone work is visible. Please check www.wigmore-abbey.org.uk for the nearest service.

This is currently a first 're-start' trial Sunday afternoon Holy Communion (if it repeats the second such service won't be until 3.00pm 3rd Sunday in September - 15/9/24)
