A traditional Holy Communion service, usually led by Revd Mark Melluish on the second Sunday of the month, and by Revd Penny Powdrill on the fourth Sunday).

24 hours devoted to prayer, from 6pm Friday 28 November to 6pm Saturday 29 November, with an emphasis on the current vacancy for an incumbent, asking for God's guidance and wisdom as we go through the process of choosing a new vicar, and for the right person to be prompted to apply.
This time the vigil is not taking place in the church (unless you particularly wish to pray there) but you are invited to sign up for a one-hour (or more!) slot and commit to praying during that time.

A special event for families held in Buckholt Wood, with Bible stories, games, crafts, exploring the natural world, hot drinks and food. All ages welcome. You can find more details and the link to sign up by clicking on MORE INFO, below.

An atmospheric service to mark the beginning of Advent, starting in darkness and gradually becoming lit by candles. Followed by festive refreshments.

A simple, Christian meditation for 20 minutes, in the church. You're very welcome just to come for the meditation or to stay on for outdoor church and breakfast.

Twice a month we head outdoors (after meditation, which is in the church) for breakfast and Bible study by the firepit. There are outdoor activities for the children, based around a passage of the Bible. Breakfast is free - just make sure you wrap up warmly in the colder months! If it's raining we usually head indoors.

A special, Christmas-themed gathering with carols around the firepit, Christmassy activities in the churchyard (including a live nativity), discussions for the adults, plus (free) breakfast and hot drinks to keep everyone warm. Children are encouraged to dress up as an angel, a shepherd or a wise man!

A traditional carol service with familiar Christmas carols and Bible readings - a lovely way to get in the Christmas spirit - followed by mince pies and mulled wine.

The ever-popular candle-lit community Christmas Eve service at Llanrothal, with plenty of festive spirit, and led by Revd Mark Melluish (do bring some sweet treats and whatever tipple you prefer).
