Join us as the light fades on Holy Saturday as we keep vigil, waiting to light the first fire of Easter and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Bringing the newly kindled paschal (Easter) candle into the church is followed by our first Easter Communion. All are most welcome, refreshments will be served afterward.

Sutton St Nicholas: St Nicholas

We are a friendly congregation with two church buildings - St Nicholas and St Michael. We worship in a range of styles and explore together our faith and work to serve our community.

For all enquiries, please contact at St Nicholas: Keith Lawton (01432 880817) or at St Michael's: Elaine Andrews (01432 880224). Or by email [email protected].

The parish of Sutton St. Nicholas & Sutton St. Michael is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). The Diocese of Hereford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
