The Historic Churches Trust was able to run its nationwide Ride & Stride event again this year after the Covid hiatus in 2020.  St. Giles was one of the local participating churches, welcoming visitors keen to clock up as many visits as possible in the day.  Our Verger Pam Farquhar (pictured with her trusty steed on Bromfield Bridge) took on the challenge of visiting other churches in the Ludlow area.  50% of the money raised by Pam and by our visitors will come to St. Giles; the rest goes to the Historic Churches Trust to fund their grants scheme for churches and chapels.
