Opening
Our church is normally open from 9.00am to 5.00pm every day.
When visiting, please check the outside noticeboard (in the hedge on the corner of Park Road) for details of events that may be taking place.
In the run-up to major festivals (especially Easter, Harvest and Christmas) our Flower Team may be hard at work in the church, but visitors are still welcome.
Getting here
The entrance to our church is through a handsome historic wrought-iron gateway next to the old tollsey house on the corner of Park Road, Ludford - almost opposite the entrance to the car park of The Charlton Arms pub.
Car
There is one parking space immediately in front of the gates for the use of church staff, blue badge holders, hearses and wedding cars. If you are not in one of those categories please park either on the road from the bridge, alongside Ludford House, or else use the cemetery car park at the end of Park Road.
Train
Ludlow railway station is three-quarters of a mile away; about a 15 to 20-minute walk.
Bus
The nearest bus stop is just the other side of Ludford Bridge.
Taxi scheme for services
Some members of our congregation who do not have their own transport have set up a shared taxi scheme to get to and from St. Giles on Sundays. The cost is covered by a special fundraising programme. There is spare capacity if anyone wishes to join this scheme.
Disabled
For those who need help getting up the sloping path to the church for services we have a wheelchair and there are always willing pushers.
