Sponsored Walk

On Saturday, 5th May a group from St Mary's Church and friends went to Dorstone in the lovely Golden Valley. The main aim was to enjoy a walk from the village to Merbach Hill and descend past "Arthur's Tomb" back to Dorstone.

The weather was kind and beautiful views across to the Black Mountains were enjoyed as was the tea waiting in Dorstone village hall on our return. This was a fund raising effort and the magnificent sum of £500 was raised.
