Occurring
for 1 hour, 30 mins
Venue Address
Dore Abbey, Abbeydore Hereford, HR2 0AA, United Kingdom
Hereford Companion Voices will be coming to the Abbey on the evening of Thursday 24th October and would love to give you an experience of what they offer. They will speak about what they do and there will be opportunities to ask questions. They are also going to sing some of their repertoire. This will be more of an immersive experience than a performance. Please bring a blanket to be warm and comfortable. You may wish to lie on the floor for this experience and could bring a yoga mat.

Companion Voices is a UK based charity, started at the end of 2014 in Brighton by composer and choir leader Judith Silver, inspired by the Threshold choirs in the US. It is made up of small groups around the country who sing at the bedsides of people who are at the end of life.

Bredwardine: St Andrew

Welcome to our village church of St. Andrew, in Bredwardine in the heart of rural West Herefordshire. Our parish is part of Abbeydore Deanery in the Diocese of Hereford. St. Andrew’s Church is a place of sanctuary and natural beauty, supporting our community and welcoming our many visitors with warmth. To find out about how you can get involved, have a look at our ‘Services and Events’ page or by visit the Abbeydore Deanery website.
If you would like to support our work with a regular gift to St. Andrew’s Church (however small), please visit www.parishgiving.org.uk (quoting the parish code 180618008). We would be very grateful for any help you can give in these difficult and challenging times. Thank you.
