New Electoral Roll for 2025

The Church Representation Rules require that every Parochial Church Council maintains an Electoral Roll and makes it available for inspection by bona fide inquirers.

A lay person is entitled to have his or her name entered on the roll of a parish if that person:

- is baptised; and

- is aged at least 16; and

- has signed the application Form 1

The Church Representation Rules require that in the year 2025 and in every sixth year thereafter, a completely new Roll should be prepared. This follows a strict timeline, which for the 2025 roll is:

- From Monday 3 March 2025 for two weeks, there is a notice of the preparation of a new roll placed on the church door. Form 1 is available from this web page and printed copies are available in church

- At Sunday services during this period, the person conducting the service informs the congregation of the creation of a new roll

- By Saturday 19 April 2025 (and not before 6 April), the new roll is completed

- From Saturday 19 April 2025 for two weeks, the new roll is available for inspection and errors and omissions can be corrected, but new names cannot be added until after the APCM
