As part of Open Church, which takes place every Wednesday, we will be having an informal short service with carols and readings alongside some festive refreshments. Please come prepared to suggest some favourite carols that we can sing, and any happy Christmas memories that you would like to share. All are welcome, please bring your friends. Pets are welcome too! We will share some poems by U. A. Fanthorpe about animals at the nativity., including What the Donkey Saw, The Sheepdog, and Cat in the Manger.
Every Wednesday from 10 am to 1 pm our cafe is open in the church. A selection of cakes and hot drinks are available. This is a warm space in the winter and a cool space in the summer.You are very welcome to come in and enjoy refreshments, look around the church and if you wish find a quiet spot for prayer
Little Lions is a playgroup for the under 5's with their parents/carers. We now meet in the well equipped and refurbished Church Hall under the leadership of Jessica Debbage. The group will run on Wednesdays 9.30-11.30am in term-time. It is free.... with playtime, singing, stories, activities. The Hall is located in the corner of the churchyard, bordering Hall Road. Free parking in the drive way.To enter please use the churchyard entrance(the back door) from 9-30 to 10.15. After that please use the Hall road entrance.
