Welcome to a new opportunity for spiritual growth in our Benefice! Following two successful trial sessions, we're delighted to announce that guided meditation will become a regular part of our worship. Whether you're experienced in meditation or a complete beginner, all are welcome to join us.

Learning to quiet the mind and find the silence within, where God can work, takes time and practice, much like any skill.

We'll gather at Hempstead Church, and occasionally at other parishes, for short sessions, usually around half an hour. Our first session will be in Holy Week

This will be followed by a Compline service, which you are most welcome to attend if you wish. We look forward to sharing this journey of inner peace with you.
